Movement has always been my answer. Stress, overwhelm, feeling stuck or lost or unsure of the next step? Move. Sad? Move. Need grounding or clarity? Move.
I created Wild Grace Wellness to hold space for the in-between. To provide movement that meets you were you are - for the craziness of life or the most peaceful of mornings and everything in between. For the parts of you that want to soften, and the parts of you that want to live boldly.
Through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices, I offer ways to feel balanced, embrace all the parts of yourself, ease stress and build strength - physically and mentally. Day by day, breath by breath. It’s about working with your body and your life - not against it - so that you keep coming back.
