Welcome to Wild Grace Wellness! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our online yoga classes, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Wild Grace Wellness provides online yoga classes and related content. The Services may include live-streamed classes, pre-recorded videos, workshops, and other resources. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

  • Registration: To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Pricing: The prices for our Services are listed on our website and are subject to change.

  • Subscriptions:

    • Some or all of our Services are offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to pay the specified recurring fee for the selected Subscription period (monthly, annually, or other).

    • Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. The renewal fee will be the same as the initial fee unless we notify you in advance of a change.

    • We reserve the right to modify the Subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any changes to Subscription fees.

  • Payment Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your Subscription.

  • Subscription Cancellation:

    • You may cancel your Subscription at any time through the cancellation procedure described on our website.

    • The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Services for the remainder of the period.

    • No refunds will be issued for any partial Subscription periods.

  • Refunds: Our refund policy is as follows: Refunds on processed subscription payments are not offered. You may cancel your membership prior to the next renewal date.

  • Free Trials: We may offer a free trial period for new Subscribers. If you sign up for a free trial, your Subscription will automatically begin at the end of the free trial period, and you will be charged the applicable Subscription fee unless you cancel prior to the end of the free trial.

5. Health Disclaimer

  • Physical Activity: Yoga involves physical activity, and there is always a risk of injury. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks of injury.

  • Medical Advice: The Services are not intended to provide medical advice. Consult with your doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions.

  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for listening to your body, practicing within your limits, and modifying poses as needed to avoid injury. If you experience any pain or discomfort, stop immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: The Services and all content included therein, such as text, graphics, videos, and logos, are owned by Wild Grace Wellness and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

  • Restrictions: You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the content of the Services without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the Services in a respectful and lawful manner. You agree not to:

  • Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. In the event of termination for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild Grace Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, loss of data, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wild Grace Wellness and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
