Moving with intention and connection to breath, we’ll work through some standing postures for mobility and back strength.

Day 3: Mobility & Stability
Mobility and Stability - we need both, and this slow power flow does it all. Tap into your center, feel your power build, and remind yourself of what you're capable of.

A core-focused sequence to build strength from within.

Flexibility, mobility, and strength for the hips and hamstrings.

Blending yoga and strength building movement, we’ll build a little more heat than usual while staying rooted in the mindfulness of yoga.

Even in an introductory course, we can still pick up the energy! Lower impact or modified classes still hold plenty of space for muscle activation and high-energy moments.

Day 10: Stronger from the Inside, Out
Starting with a brief meditation to tap into your truth, this self-awareness leads to a more mindful and powerful practice.

Nope! This course is designed for beginners and anyone returning to their mat after time away. No fancy poses required.

Most sessions are 20–40 minutes, with a mix of movement and stillness. You can go at your own pace and repeat any day you love.

You’ll have the option to join the full Wild Grace On Demand membership, where new classes are added weekly, and more programs are waiting for you.

Just a mat, a quiet space, and yourself. A pillow or block can be helpful, but not required
