November’s Supermoon

what’s happening, what it means to us, & what we’re doing about it

what’s happening - transition, preparation, completion

Tonight, the sky will unveil a Beaver Moon, a time when nature prepares for rest. The new cycle marks transition…nights deepen, we’re invited to finish up what matters, prepare, reflect, and share gratitude. It's a reminder that slowing down or even being still isn’t a lack of motion - it’s a practice in strength, care and preparation.

what it means to us - be still to be strong, to be great + what is finished?

  • conscious expression over temporarily satiating comforts

  • stillness + preparation = confidence to go boldly into unknown waters

  • what is finished? what is being held (a pattern, a relationship, a job) purely out of comfort? what comforts are actually confining and not freeing? the stillness between “what I know is secure” and “what I know is limiting” when the waters of the unknown are ready for us.

what we’re doing about it - inner work, meditation, release

  • consider the inquiries above

  • 8 minute meditation - stilness

  • slow down - where you can, literally, do things slower.

    • preparing your meals or beverages

    • walk without headphones

    • practice without music to tune deeper into breath

    • let silence be a part of other routines as well

WITH LOVE,

GRACE
