Our Mobile App (iPhone) - September 2026
This section applies to the Wild Grace Wellness app for iPhone. If it differs from the rest of this policy, this section governs your use of the app.
No account needed. The app does not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or password through the app.
Payments. Membership is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through your Apple ID. Apple processes the payment, and we never see or store your payment card details. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions.
Stored on your device. Your quiz answers, favorites, saved rituals, membership status, and any hotel stay codes you enter are stored only on your device. We do not receive them. Deleting the app removes this information.
Subscription service. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat receives your purchase and subscription status (such as which plan is active and when it renews) and a randomly generated anonymous identifier for your device. We do not give RevenueCat your name or email. Its handling of that information is described in RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Video and content providers. Classes and meditations are streamed from third-party hosting services such as Vimeo and Dropbox. When you play a video, those services may receive technical information such as your IP address and device details, as described in their own privacy policies. The livestream schedule is read from a public Google Calendar feed, which likewise sees your IP address when the app loads it.
Permissions. The app asks for notification permission only if you set a ritual reminder, and calendar permission only when you choose to add a class to your calendar. Reminders and calendar events are created on your device. We do not read your calendar or upload it.
No tracking. The app has no advertising, no analytics or tracking tools, and we do not sell your information or use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Contact. Questions about the app or your privacy can be sent to grace@wildgrace.online.
