Inspired by the seasons, real life, yoga philosophy, and the shared benefit of self-study and nervous system regulation, Grace leads a 30 minute session to provide powerful grounding and renewal.

We strive to create a comfortable and safe environment for our events. We will be seated on a clean wood floor, so please bring a small pillow for your seat and a blanket, if you’d like. Tea will be served so feel free to bring your favorite mug!

Grace Hargroder is the founder of Wild Grace Wellness and experienced yoga teacher with ten years of dedicated practice and teaching. In studios and online here, she weaves together strong and mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to create holistic practices that strengthen the body, calm the mind, awaken the spirit, and support real life.
