  • Nope! This course is designed for beginners and anyone returning to their mat after time away. No fancy poses required.

  • Most sessions are 20–40 minutes, with a mix of movement and stillness. You can go at your own pace and repeat any day you love.

  • You’ll have the option to join the full Wild Grace On Demand membership, where new classes are added weekly, and more programs are waiting for you.

  • Just a mat, a quiet space, and yourself. A pillow or block can be helpful, but not required

  • This content is available as part of the Wild Grace Online membership, which is $22 monthly or $199 annually.
