This is the season of moving out of stagnation.

In more traditional systems like Ayurveda, this time of year carries a slower, denser energy (think late winter lingering), and asks us to gently start creating movement—physically, mentally, emotionally.
Not forcefully, but intentionally.

Living with the flow of nature, and always leaning into our energetic and emotional state is…not realistic, and we get that.

Your work still needs you.

It’s about understanding what’s happening around us and creating harmony that keeps us fluid and not burning out.
