As we wrap up the year, we’re taking inventory of what actually supported us. What felt good in real life. What we kept coming back to.

These are 11 wellness practices from 2025 that are coming with us into 2026—because they work, they’re simple, sensory, grounded, and made a real impact we can’t get enough of.

Below is what we love to practice—and why it sticks:

Dry brush + oil ritual: Rituals that Invigorate the body, liven the lymph system, exfoliate the skin, hydrate the skin.
Steps: Walking for clarity, digestion, and time outside (bonus for your digestion if after a meal).
Herbal tea + tea lattes for comfort without the crash - we love Tennessee-based High Garden Tea
Natural skincare: start small and intentional, stick with Wild Grace Wellness, where we’re unlearning a lot of what we’ve been taught about skincare (just out here having a real hard time believing all these chemicals aren’t ultimately going to cause more damage). We love Taspens Organics and Living Libations.
Homemade electrolytes that actually hydrate and aren’t total garbage. We use filtered or alkaline water, salt, lemon, ginger, and honey
Fats + whole foods: nourishment without fear, eating from the source
Legs up the wall: 10 minutes every night to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, rest tired legs and feet, restorative and relaxing
State elevation: find what makes you happy and do it as often as you can - even the little things - favorite song, share gratitude, use your voice, feel your feels
Doodling, painting, creating without outcome
Red light rituals that feel as good as they work - we’re loving solawave and sauna
Gathering—because connection is therapy
• And the practices we always come back to: movement, meditation, breath, nature, intention setting, simplicity
