Why Wild Grace Wellness?

I created wgw because I think we’re overcomplicating movement and wellness. Life is challenging and complicated enough as it is - the ways we find bliss and take care of ourselves shouldn’t be. Moving and nourishing our bodies and minds shouldn’t confuse or deplete our sense of confidence, self worth, and self love, it should heighten it. After way too many years of experience looking at health and wellness through the wrong lens, I finally realized looking good is a side effect of feeling good, and feeling good happens when we learn to manage stress, spend time in the frequency of gratitude, let shit go, work with our bodies not again them, and live in truth.

Yoga is a functional, powerful, (hopefully) enjoyable, and holistically beneficial style of movement. The simple yet profound and effective practices that have changed my life so beautifully inspired me to create my own practices, methods, and movement styles for this community, inspired by yoga.

If I can experience this transformation in body, energy, and alignment in life, so can you, and I am here to help elevate your state, help you feel better in your body (you get to choose what “better” is for you; stronger, lighter, calmer, grounded, loved), provide a place where we can always show up and do something. Having access to movement from home, or really anywhere, is powerful. It changes the game when you set yourself up for success even when excuses are loud - like when you’re traveling, short on time, or feeling stuck. Wild Grace Wellness meets you where you are - in a season of strength, motivation, and routine, or one full of mess and stress (and everything in between), just show up.
